both house intellectuals ., educated people

people of both states are progressive thinking , so opt sometimes for left rule



in both places men are respected with an added word ., eta in kerala and da in bengal ., indicating/respecting elder bro

and ladies as chechi/didi



BTW you can not compare a state with one particular city., the question should be either WB vs kerala or tiruvananthapuram vs kolkata



my choice kolkata a city far far ahead of so many other cities in india ., but can not rescind god's own place., love munnar/palakkad/kochhi/tiruvananthepuram

It's heaven on earth. It's the city of Joy!

People here are educated, cultured and well-mannered.



I have been there quite a few times, I fall in love with this City during each and every one of my stays. It keeps me mesmerized.

It has this attraction on me, I can't define it. You'll know what I am talking about if you ever go there.

It's the place to be. It is the ultimate city that has emotions so well-preserved that you can almost feel them beneath your skin when you let the kolkata-breeze caress you all over.

Kerala is nice :) , But Kolkata has a charm that will keep you interested and would make you want to return once you leave the boundaries of Kolkata.
